You will receive an email from us in a few days with some preliminary information and your banner/posters for the event. This is your sign that you can start promoting your event soon.
You will receive access to our Private Gateway on the "National Ghost Hunting Day" website. Here you will have access to many resources and tip sheets to make your experience superior!
You will also be getting communication from
about the process in getting your tickets up for sale.
You will be asked to join our Private Group on Facebook which serves as our main communicator to you (with updates, requests & announcements).
Your Medium, IT Tech, and Evidence Recording Representatives will receive communication from the relevant committee members. These are very important people in your team that will make the event a success!
Do remember, we have the right to not accept a Registration if you do not meet all the conditions in our Mission, Format of Delivery (using all the volunteer partners we have), and Professional Conduct expected during this event.
In other words, we wish to share the world the best and most passionate in the field, those that believe in Para-Unity and Historic Preservation. No room for drama, rumors, egos, or lack of fellowship. We are about the SPIRIT of SPIRIT!
