CHILDREN'S PROGRAM DETAILS

Monday, July 14th: 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Tuesday, July 15th: 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday, July 16th: 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Thursday, July 17th: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Location:
Palais des Congrès de Montréal in Montréal, Quebec
Ages:
6 months through 12 years old
Ratios:
1:2 for children ages 6 months through 11 months old
1:3 for children ages 1 through 2 years old
1:5 for children ages 3 through 5 years old
1:7 for children ages 6 through 12 years old
Cost:
$10.00 per hour, per child (2-hour minimum required per child, per day)
You must be a current member of ASV to be able to use KiddieCorp services at the ASV annual meeting. If you aren’t yet a member or your membership has lapsed, you can join or reinstate your membership by going to this site.

If registration does not meet minimum numbers by May 9, 2025, ASV may cancel the program. If this happens, parents will be notified and will not be charged the registration fees.
You will receive confirmation of your registration on or following May 19, 2025 once a final decision is made. Please note KiddieCorp must receive both the registration form and payment in full to hold any advance reservations. On-site registration will be limited to available space.
After May 8th, the program is non-refundable once payment is made.
MEALS/SNACKS
Snacks and water will be provided, but parents are responsible for meals. Meal pre-order options with KiddieCorp will be available, and more details will be shared soon. Alternatively, you may sign your child out to take them to lunch or drop off a meal at the program.
KiddieCorp's program is nut-free. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing any snacks or meals containing nuts or nut products.
ACTIVITIES
Activities include exciting themes, arts & crafts, group games, music & movement, board games, story time, dramatic play, etc. We tailor activities to suit each age group appropriately.
TEAM MEMBERS
Our goal is to provide your children with a comfortable, safe, and happy experience. KiddieCorp team members are selected according to their integrity, experience, education, and enthusiasm. Every program has a CPR/First aid certified manager that is on site at all time.
REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Additional information for parents:
- KiddieCorp staff does not administer medication, including sunscreen.
- For the safety and enjoyment of all, children who are ill will not be admitted to the program.
- Please label your child's belongings. While we maintain a lost and found, KiddieCorp does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
- Parents with infants, kindly bring diaper changing supplies, formula/baby food, and a change of clothes for your child's comfort.
- Common surfaces, toys, and equipment will be disinfected frequently throughout the program.
- To ensure a safe and fun-filled environment, any child who is ill will not be admitted to the children's program.
