Incomplete or incorrect responses or a lack of RESU Certification will delay the RMA process. Uncertified installer will NOT receive a RMA.

    AUXILLARY SWITCH will be found on:

    Primary units with serial #s below R15563P3SSEG11809179045    and

    Secondary units with serial #s below R15563P3SSEG21810109001 

      ※ If system is not operating, you must ensure the AUX switch is turned OFF to prevent from self discharge.

    Disconnect switches are now used in RESU manufacturing.

  • Once you hit submit your Issue Report will be sent to LG Chem for review. Please allow a min. of 3 business days for a response. A link and a copy of this Issue Report will be emailed to you. Please retain a copy for your records. Incomplete or inaccurate information will delay your RMA. Use the link provided to edit your Issue Report or get RMA status updates.

    • 1.  Complete & print the RMA Input Form, insert in shipping box. 

      2.  Complete the highlighted sections of the FedEx BOL.

      3.  Print & attach FedEx BOL to the outter shipping box.

      4.  Print & attach Safety Data Sheet (SDS) to the outter shipping box.  

      5.  Contact FedEx at 1-800-441-0023, option 1 to schedule a pick-up, or contact resushipping@lgespartner.com
