Quarterly Maintenance Program Application

Keep your cart running smoothly all year long.

This program is designed to help you stay ahead of costly repairs by maintaining your golf cart on a consistent schedule. Regular service helps prevent unexpected breakdowns and extends the life of your cart. 

What’s included each quarter:

• Full inspection based on our maintenance checklist
• Lubrication of wearable components
• Watering of wet cell batteries (if applicable)
• Tire pressure check and adjustment

You’ll receive a booking link with set service days each quarter. If those don’t work for you, we’ll do our best to accommodate alternate dates.

 

During your inspection, our team is happy to answer any questions you have about your cart. If you’re unavailable, no problem we can perform the service while you’re away and send a full inspection report with photos or video highlights.

 

If additional repairs are needed, we’ll send you an estimate and in many cases, we can take care of smaller fixes on the spot to save you time and pickup/delivery fees.

By submitting this form, I authorize Tru Ride Golf Carts to perform quarterly inspections and basic maintenance services on my golf cart at the address provided. I understand that these services are preventative in nature and are not a substitute for full diagnostic or repair work.

 
I acknowledge that Tru Ride Golf Carts and its technicians will take all reasonable precautions while working on my cart. However, I release Tru Ride Golf Carts, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for damages or failures that may occur during or after service due to pre-existing conditions, undetected issues, or normal wear and tear. 

I understand that any additional repairs outside the scope of routine maintenance will be discussed and authorized separately. If I am not present at the time of service, I give permission for Tru Ride to perform the inspection and light maintenance in my absence.

By signing the box and signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this work authorization and liability release.

The Tru Ride Quarterly Maintenance Program is billed annually at $199 per cart.

This includes four scheduled visits per year with:

A full multi-point inspection
Tire pressure check and adjustment
Lubrication of key components
Battery water check and refill (if applicable)
A detailed service report with photos or recommendations

 

Multi-Cart Discount:

Each additional cart at the same location is 50% off, just $99 per year.

 

No long-term commitment.

Cancel anytime. If you cancel early, we’ll refund the unused portion based on the number of quarters remaining.
