The information in this form is required as per the Owners Corporation rules and will only be used by Building Management and the Owners Corporation to provide services. Your information will not be shared with other parties unless required by law.

    Note: You will receive communication via mail, memos, emails, and automated emails from Trilogi’s building management system, Building Link.

  • This agreement is between Owners Corporation No.1 – PS638833S/1 of 201-209 High St, Prahran and Owners Corporation No.2 – PS638833S/2 of 201-209 High St, Prahran (together referred to as “Owners Corporation”) and the Primary Resident listed ({primaryName}).

    This form is issued on behalf of the Owners Corporation and must be completed and signed by anyone moving into Trilogi.

    By Signing this form you are acknowledging and agree with the Owners Corporations that:

    • All hard rubbish & all moving materials must be completely removed from the Trilogi building and all common areas including the Loading Bay area and lifts.
    • If I do not remove all hard rubbish, boxes and/or packaging materials I will pay or reimburse to the Owners Corporations all costs incurred by them for the removal.
    • I shall take all reasonable care not to damage any part of the Common Areas in the building in carrying in/out the move.
    • Should any damage be caused to the Common Areas as a result of the move I will pay or reimburse the Owners Corporations all costs incurred by them for repairs and/or replacement.
    • That I understand the location and correct operation of the following:
      • Goods Lift
      • Emergency evacuation alarm sounds, nearest exits and assembly area
      • Sprinkler head locations
      • I must return all keys and Visitor Passes signed out by me to the Building Management Staff immediately on completion of the move.
    • There are no move times available outside the times listed above (No moves on Sunday). This is to provide quiet enjoyment to other residents, safety, and security of Trilogi. Moves outside the listed times will incur after hours charges.

  • You are required to display a Trilogi Car Parking Permit when parking in Trilogi. Permits can be obtained from the Building Management team prior to parking in the car park.
