• Drive-in Events Sponsorship Application

  • Holly Springs Parks & Recreation is thrilled to provide a fall drive-in event series. This series will allow for opportunities to bring the community together in a fun way while still being mindful of current restrictions and safety concerns.

    Sponsorships are important to the success of Parks & Recreation events and programs. We appreciate our sponsors and their support of Holly Springs Parks & Recreation.

    Drive-in sponsorships are $150 per event and include the following:

    • Business Name/Logo or Commercial to scroll on screen or streaming device
    • Business Name/Logo on P&R Facebook & Facebook event 
    • Business Name/Logo on event webpage 
    • Business Name/Logo on all advertisements 
    • Business Name/Logo or promo included in information packet given to all participants

  • Event dates and titles are subject to change based on event restrictions, weather, etc. Additional opportunities may also be added. Sponsors will be notified of any changes.

    This form is an online application and liability release only.  This does not confirm your participation in the drive-in event series.  If the application is accepted, the contact person you listed above will be notified with instructions regarding payment.  Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, or check.

  • Signature below indicates my understanding and acceptance of the terms of this application, and hereby releases all sponsors, co-sponsors, organizations, or individuals involved with the Town of Holly Springs from any liability, product or personal.
