Important things to know before reserving a lounge tent:

Maximum capacity is 9 guests per tent.

No outside food or beverages permitted.

No pets permitted.

No smoking permitted inside or outside the tents.

You are agreeing to a minimum food & beverage spend of $200. Note: Any pre-ordered foods and wine to-go will count towards this minimum.

Automatic 20% service fee will be added to all bills. Bills can be split evenly.

Upon arrival a credit card is required to start a tab for your tent; the name on this card must align with the person that signed this agreement.

No touching, moving or adjusting the heat source. Only PPW staff is permitted to do so.

Potomac Point Winery & Wild Tribe Co. is not held liable for any personal injury that occurs in or around the tents.

Although tents are heated, we recommend you dress for the outdoors and/or BYOBlanket.

For the safety of all, our staff will be wearing masks while serving.

We require all guests to wear a mask if you enter the winery building for any reason.

Any guest or staff feeling ill or exhibiting any illness symptoms will not be permitted on-site.

Reservation time limits shall be enforced to ensure proper sanitizing between reservations.

By visiting Potomac Point Winery, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made prior to 72 hours of your reservation date/time in order to receive a refund (minus a $5 refund fee). If Potomac Point Winery needs to cancel your reservation for any reason (including but not limited to inclement weather) you will be notified as soon as possible and given a refund.
SNOW/ICE POLICY: If the winery chooses to close our wine tents due to dangerous winter weather, we will contact all guests a minimum of two hours prior to their reservation start time. In this case, all guests would be refunded the full rental amount. If the wine tents are still open and the guest chooses not to come due to a winter weather declared emergency in their area, a minimum of a two-hour notice must be provided by emailing Info@potomacpointwinery.com with the subject stating “WINE TENT EMERGENCY WEATHER CANCELATION”. In this case, we will provide each guest with a PPW gift card in the amount of their rental fee. Gift cards can be used for any future food & beverage purchases.
Please note, if you pre-ordered a wine cake and our kitchen has already created it, it will be available for you to pick up during the next 48-hours.
DAMAGES AGREEMENT: If your party is found to be responsible for any damages to the tent or items within your tent during your rental, by making this reservation you agree to be charged as per the list below:

CONTRACT: By proceeding with this reservation and accepting from Potomac Point Winery & Vineyard the benefit of using the aforementioned tent setup, I agree to abide by the rules of Potomac Point Winery, the Tent Rules, Rates, Hours, Policies and Damages Agreement listed above.
