At Prosper 2025, participating teams will have no more than six (6) attendees.
Teams that have registered and are not meeting the six-attendee capacity may have other attendees/teams join their team.
To input the information, please make a copy, fill out, and post a link to the Google spreadsheet. You will need to fill out two (2) tabs containing:
- [Team Placement Tab] The Names, Grades, Email Addresses, and other important information of your students used for registration purposes.
- [Room Assignment Tab] The specific ooming arrangement of your students in quadruple-occupancy, single-sex rooms

Overnight Stay Logistics
All conference registrations include an overnight stay in a quadruple-occupancy room at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. Please note that due to the single-sex guest room policy, there is a high probability that your students will not stay in the same room as their teammates. However, there will be designated common work areas available for preparation.
All sponsor teachers will be staying in a single-occupancy room at the same hotel, and our Director of Administration will contact you regarding the specific pricing.
If your school is travelling from outside of Greater Vancouver, Prosper has identified several potential transportation options for your convenience and our team will be more than happy to share these with you. If the transportation option you have chosen requires an additional overnight stay on Friday, April 25, 2025, please tick the "Accommodation Inquiry for Friday Night" checkbox on the "Room Assignment" tab
If any of your students would like to make any amendments to their room assignment, please contact our Director of Administration at administration@prospervancouver.org. If the room upgrade(s) you requested are available, your student will receive an invoice directly in the amount mentioned in the email. They must pay the invoice within 5 business days in order to secure the room upgrade(s).
NOTE: Registration fees will not be refunded should any team members be absent. If the need to substitute any team members should arise, please contact the Director of Administration as soon as possible.
