Rawson Saunders School offers Aftercare for all lower and middle school students until 5:30 p.m. every full day of school (aftercare is not available on half days or student holidays). 

Parents/guardians wishing to schedule regular aftercare for their child by quarter or semester should submit this agreement to receive a discounted rate. To get the discounted rate for a quarter or semester, you will need to complete this form in advance of that period, otherwise the regular rate will be billed. 

Aftercare is $20/day for drop-ins and $15/day if scheduled and paid in advance (by quarter or semester). Aftercare is available for scheduling by quarter or semester and can also be scheduled by one day per week, or by a series of days. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

• Students will be taken to aftercare at their grade level’s dismissal time by a Rawson Saunders staff member.
• Aftercare pick-up time is 5:30 p.m. The late pick-up charge (for students picked up after 5:30 p.m.) is $1 per minute.
• Parent/guardian(s) must contact the Aftercare Coordinator by email or phone if there is a change in an adult picking up a student, or if they are running late for pick-up. Your student will not be released to individuals not confirmed by a parent/guardian.

• Aftercare credit will not be offered for student absences.
• Aftercare is not available to any families with an outstanding balance.
