RENOGY DEALER AGREEMENT AND TERMS
Once your Dealer Account is created that indicates you agree to the following terms: DEALER ACCOUNT:
Once approved as an authorized Renogy Partner, you will be able to access the Renogy Dealer price list, technical support, marketing support, and Dealer-customized product support.
* All authorized dealers will receive 15% off the MSRP *.
* Refer to the RNG official MSRP for the retail price (DE, UK, FR, ES).
* Bulk purchases exceeding 50 units are eligible for bulk discounts and the discounts will increase with volume.
* Purchase directly from the factory is available with real-time quotes. Lead time should be discussed by case.
SYSTEM DESIGN SUPPORT: Your dedicated account manager will be committed to providing a personalized approach, Renogy enables businesses to utilize solar power that is appropriate for off-grid and mobile conditions by providing qualified engineering guidance in choosing compatible products to meet specific requirements and providing an optimal solutions. We will work with you to understand your requirements and provide appropriate options to get the best results.

ORDERING PROCESS: Upon being approved as an authorized Renogy Partner, please contact your regional account manager for order processing. Dealer Portal will launch soon, streamlining the order process. All orders take approximately 1-3 business days to process. The shipping timeline is dependent on the delivery location.
TAX: Renogy's U.K. and German VAT registration is under “RNG Global Energy Limited.”
PAYMENT TERM: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Renogy accepts PayPal with our online store. For TT payments, please contact us for payment details before you submit your order inquiry via our website. All bank charges that occurred are to be borne by the Buyer.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: We offer Free ground shipping for most of the mainland UK (excluding Highlands & Islands)* and Germany. Standard Delivery for any order being delivered outside mainland England and Germany will be charged a shipping fee. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages.
RETURN POLICY: Renogy has a 30-day return policy. Any return submitted for a refund may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. Renogy will waive a restocking fee and pay the shipping costs for the following return reasons: carrier damage, defective product, the product does not match advertising, incorrect product received, or if the product received was an extra item not ordered. For any other reason, customers are responsible for shipping fees.
Solar panels, charge controllers, inverters, wiring, mounting, and accessory returns have a 10% restocking fee.
Battery returns have a 20% restocking fee.
*Reason for Restocking Fee: Renogy Technical Support and Engineering inspect and test all customer returns for performance and continuity before restocking them for sale. This fee is not a simple handling fee, but an attempt to cover the labour costs involved with customer returns. Battery returns have a higher restocking fee due to initial high shipping costs due to weight.
MISSING/DAMAGED POLICY: All missing and damaged goods must be reported within seven (7) days upon receipt and shipped back within seven (7) days upon receiving a return label. Any products returned through Freight Collect will be refused. Credit will be issued once the product has been received and inspected. Cash refunds are not an option for missing/damaged goods.
WARRANTY: We stand behind our products and value our customer and dealer experiences. We have an industry-leading warranty policy. You can find the Renogy Warranty Policy on our website or request it from your regional account manager. Based on the date of purchase (receipt required), products deemed defective in craft or material within the warranty will either be repaired or replaced at no charge. Before requesting a return authorization, please consult the Renogy Troubleshooting Guide and attempt to identify the issue. Many problems are resolvable in a few simple steps without initiating the return authorization process.
SALES RESTRICTIONS: Dealers are not allowed to sell Renogy products through third-party online sales platforms where Renogy has an official shop (including Amazon, eBay, and Real.de).
ADVERTISING: The dealer shall be entitled, during the term of the dealership created, to advertise and hold itself out as an authorized Dealer of Renogy Products. At all times during the term of the dealership creation, the Dealer shall use the Renogy Logo and promotion materials in all advertisements and other activities conducted by the Dealer to promote the sale of the Products.
Dealer shall follow the rules of advertising and marketing according to local laws, such as no false and misleading claims
