This is a request for a letter attesting to factual information contained in a specific student record. Information contained in student records is confidential and is issued only at the written and signed request of the student. All documents created by the institution or received by the institution on behalf of the student become the property of SAGU. Except for the SAGU student transcript, SAGU does not release copies of those documents to any other entity or the student.
Students seeking records originating from other institutions or entities will need to submit requests directly to those entities. This includes vaccination records, accommodation records, and other documents sent to SAGU from other entities. All mailed letters are sent via regular postal service.
If you are not a current student or have not attended SAGU within the last five years, you will need to provide a copy of your current driver's license or other form of identification with a signature.
Individuals or entities seeking information regarding a student should have the student contact the Registrar's Office directly to request the information. This form is not intended to substitute for a transcript request, degree verification, or enrollment verification that could be obtained through the appropriate venues.
