EVERY TABLE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS & SERVICES:• Design your Dessert table with you to achieve your desired look• List of candy and desserts which you can choose from• Set-up and breakdown of the Dessert Table at your event within a 25 miles radius• Display stands, jars, trays, risers, tongs, scoopers, table cloth, and labels • All leftover candy / desserts will be packaged and given to you• Event Attendant if needed at a fee of $20 per hour per attendant

PAYMENT TERMSYou agree to pay in full the balance of the Dessert Table and any other additional costs agreed upon between us 14 days prior to the date of your scheduled event. If the balance is not paid by this date, this contract will be null in void and you will forfeit your retainer fee.
RETAINER FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE) In order to secure the availability of the Dessert Table we require a Retainer Fee of: • 50% of total Dessert Table Package at the time of booking. The Retainer Fee will be applied against your total• The Signed contract
EQUIPMENT RENTAL DEPOSIT (REFUNDABLE)The equipment deposit is fully refundable as long as all items are returned in its original condition. This deposit amount is based on what is rented for your event but will not exceed $150. Rented Items can include but not limited to, Chocolate fountain, back drop stands, tables etc. Any damage or missing items will forfeit this deposit.
RUSH POLICYAny events booked less than six (6) weeks before anticipated event will incur a $100.00 rush fee at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONSweet FixN’s reserves the right to cancel and reschedule an event due to inclement weather, unforeseen illness, or any other circumstance out of our control
You may cancel the Candy Buffet / Dessert Table for any reason at any time up to four (4) calendar weeks before the scheduled rental date. At that time, the contract will be null and void, but in that event, you will forfeit your Retainer Fee. If you reschedule your event within six months of your cancellation date, your Retainer Fee will not be forfeited but will be applied toward your next event.
PROVISION FOR PHYSICAL FACILITIESIn order to ensure a successful event, it is necessary that the Dessert Table be set up properly. A 6’ or 8’ table is required. We therefore require access to the desired setup area at least 120 minutes prior to the beginning of the event. We also require 60 minutes after the conclusion of the agreed upon rental time period, in order to disassemble the table.
MUTUAL IDEMNIFICATIONEach party hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other against any losses, including costs and attorneys’ fees, as a result of any claim, action, or proceeding arising out of, connected with, or resulting from Dessert Table at the event. The maximum amount of any costs or damages you may recover from us as a result of our conduct pursuant to the foregoing is limited to any payments you have made to us under this Agreement, plus simple interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum thereon.
Table set up and break down will begin promptly at the scheduled time(s). If your party guest(s) are no-shows and/or are late they are forfeiting their spot for services. Refunds ARE NOT available for no-shows, late party guest(s), or events exceeding the scheduled end time.
The information requested above is essential for the completion of a successful event for all involved. Please make sure you have provided ALL information required and review it for accuracy. Your date will be held in my Event Book for one week after your contract is sent out. Please send your contract and pay invoice promptly to secure your date.
By signing this agreement, you agree to the terms and conditions of this contract and you accept full responsibility and liability for any and all damages, injuries or delays that occur as a result of failure to comply with these provisions.
