FUNCTIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
The Fit Lab High Performance Coaches are ready and waiting for you to join us in the High Performance Centre to Look Better, Feel Better & Perform Better!
The Functional Training program is Fit Lab's 10 Week GOLD standard program designed to get you the fastest results possible. The program is written & supervised by Fit Lab's team of Exercise Scientists & High Performance Coaches. You will be pushed hard and also taught the exact methods of training to attain the best results. If you're looking for a dramatic change or wanting to take your health and fitness to new and higher levels this is for you!
No experience is neccessary to start, we have options for both the beginner and advanced lifters!
** In light of the recent concerns around the Coronavirus (Covid-19) please be aware that guidelines have been put into place for this round of Functional Training in relation to participant ratios with a Maximum of 20 per session, therefore you will ONLY be able to attend your designated timeslot. We want to assure you that we have you and your families health and wellbeing at the forefront of our minds, therefore we will be maintaining strict cleaning and hygiene practices after each session along with the modification of each session in regards to equipment usage. We will also ensure a ration of no more than 8-10 Participants per coach.
10 WEEK PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Commencement Date: Monday 18th January 2021
Conclusion Date: Friday 26th March 2021
Training Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. (Coached Session) + Self Managed Sessions Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday
Training Times: 5:30am, 9:30am & 5:30pm (Please Note Your Time Will Be Locked In Once Chosen)
Location: The Fit Lab High Performance Unit (8 Gogg Street)
Testing - Week 1 & 10 (Body Composition)
Team Buildr Training App & Personalised Training Weights
3 x 1hr Sessions/Weekly (Lead By High Performance Coaches)
3 x Self Guided Sessions (In Teambuildr)
1 x Physiotherapist Consult with Will (To Address Pre-Existing/Managed Injuries) - (Usual Cost $100) - this consult will be done at your FIRST training session
1 x Dietitian Consult (Usual Cost - $100)
Protein Supplement - Post Training
Tanita Body Composition Scan (Usual Cost $25 Each) - this scan will be done at your FIRST training session
Option 1: Full Payment Upfront - $400 ($40p/week)
Option 2: Direct Debit - $40 Per Week (Added To Membership)
Option 3: Non Members - Upfront - $650 ($65p/week)
