I’m super excited to bring mermaid sessions back to Columbia!

Each session will be approximately 20 minutes long and will include accessories and tails. The cost is $125 for two children (or a child and mama!) and will include three digital images. Payment is due upon booking in order to ensure I have all the tails and accessories needed available on the date. Thank you and I can’t wait to make some mermaid magic with you! I will contact you to choose the exact time for your session on July 20.

How many children do you wish to Include?
Please state names, ages and approximate sizes of each child to be photographed to ensure I bring the right tails! (If a mama mermaid wants to join please give me her approximate size too! 🙂)
Please let me know if you have color and styling preferences. I cannot guarantee a specific tail color but I will do my best to provide desired tail colors if at all possible.
Entire Agreement: This agreement contains the entire understanding between Three Little Foxes Photography (represented by Crystal Billington) and the client regarding session. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by both parties.
No Photographs are to be taken during the session except by the photographer. This includes camera, cell phones and tablets.
Procedures and Viewing: Galleries will be completed in 4-6 weeks. We will contact you for viewing. While we capture many images during your session we select only the the best to present to you, the client. Pictures with closed eyes, duplicates etc are deleted and will not be shown. Additionally only edited images will be presented or sold to the client. Original RAW files are retained by the photographer and are not for viewing or sale.
Copyrights: The photographs produced by Three Little Foxes Photography are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without prior written consent by the photographer. If purchased, digital images are the property of the client for personal use only. if digital images and printing rights are purchased the copyright still remains with the photographer. Digital images may not be altered in any way - this includes the use of instagram filters.

Model Release: Client grants Three Little Foxes Photography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the client or in which the client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium to alter the same without restriction: and to copyright the same. The client hereby releases Three Little Foxes Photography from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
Limit of Liability: In the unlikely event that the photographs have become lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Three Little Foxes Photography’s control, Three Little Foxes Photography’s liability is limited to the return of payments received for session fee. This limit of liability for a partial loss of the originals shall be prorated amount of the images lost based on the percentage of total number of originals.
