A minimum of 3 boys and 3 girls are required for each team.

The registration fee for this event is $150 per team. You will pay the registration fee on Tennis Link when you register your team there. This form is to collect t-shirt and eligibility information.

A $50 deposit is required and will only be processed if your team withdraws from the event at any pont after the registration deadline.
