After non refundable Deposit of $200 is paid an Invoice will be sent to you for the remainder of your Fees. Any of your choice optionals fees will be taken at the door day of registration and not before. 

By completing and submitting this 2026 Nationals Registration Form, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions.  The terms and conditions are as followed: All invoices will be sent to your email through Square. 

 By completing and submitting this US Miss 2026 National application you understand and agree to the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are as followed:

 Delegate, or parent/ guardian if delegate is under 18, agrees they have complete and full permission from all parental parties to participate in the National Pageant in Orlando, Florida. You understand that it is your responsibility to receive said permission before registering.

 You understand and agree to follow the payment plan, and if you miss a payment you understand a late fee of $30 per day will be added to your invoice or you will be removed from the National Roster if not paid within 5 days of due date, with NO refund or credit given. All Payment are to be paid in full by your assigned payment plan or you will be removed from the Roaster.

Delegate, or parent/guardian if delegate is under 18, understands and agrees that NO refunds or transfers of any moneies paid in are permitted for any reason unless the pageant is cancelled.
