SIEBEL SAILORS PROGRAM
CENTER GUIDELINES & REQUIREMENTS
Mission
The Siebel Sailors Program seeks to increase opportunity and diversity in the sport of sailing. By providing resources and support to youth sailors from all backgrounds, we seek to include participants who have historically been underrepresented in the sailing community. It is encouraged to recruit sailors from diverse backgrounds of race, ethnicity, religion, socio-economic status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, or any other status protected by law and we will hereby refer to this group as “The Siebel Community.” The Siebel Program will develop skilled and life-long sailors who can participate in all aspects of the sport by creating access to equipment, athlete development resources, and expert coaching for underserved populations.
