All CenterTix ticket holders have access to expanded ticket exchange options. For the duration of this public health emergency in Alaska, CenterTix tickets may be exchanged to any event currently on sale for this season.

Exchange Costs

For the duration of this public health emergency in Alaska, CenterTix is waiving all exchange fees.

If the new tickets cost more, you will be charged the difference in price.

If the new tickets cost less, you will be refunded the difference in ticket price.
Payment

Exchanges are processed once payment information is received.

CenterTix will evaluate the exchange and contact you with the total cost or total refund.

CenterTix will request confirmation to proceed with the exchange and process the payment or refund at that time.
Restrictions

For cancelled or rescheduled shows:

Anchorage Concert Association subscribers should not use this form to exchange tickets for cancelled or rescheduled shows. Please contact the ACA at (907) 272-1471 or

Anchorage Symphony Orchestra subscribers should not use this form to exchange tickets for cancelled or rescheduled shows. Please contact the ASO at (907) 274-8668 or

Exchange requests will be honored within 2 weeks of the cancelled show date and time. When in doubt,
contact CenterTix
about exchange deadlines for cancelled shows.

For events that are still performing as originally scheduled:

CenterTix must receive the exchange information at least 24 hours before the start time of the performance you no longer want to attend.

CenterTix cannot exchange tickets for past shows.

To change show dates or times, the new show must must be at the same venue as the original show. Exception: Anchorage Opera exchanges must be for another Anchorage Opera performance only.

All exchanges are subject to seat availability.

Complimentary tickets cannot be exchanged.
How It Works
Complete this online form to begin. You will need to have your tickets or your order details with you in order to proceed. After you submit this form, CenterTix will contact you with a total cost or refund for the exchange and will take payment information at that time.
Once the exchange is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a new order number.
If CenterTix is currently closed and you need to exchange tickets for a show that is happening before CenterTix reopens, do not use this form. Please contact the venue for assistance.
