I recently had a ride with one of your drivers and wanted to share my feedback. The driver was very courteous and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. However, the GPS seemed to take us on a longer route than necessary, which added some time to the trip.
Could you please look into this issue? I believe optimizing the routes could enhance the overall experience for customers.
