Hi Emily,

Thank you for reaching out. Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if canceled 30 days prior to the event. For any cancellations made within 30 days, a 50% fee applies. Regarding additional hours, we charge $150 per extra hour beyond the contracted time. Please let me know if you need further clarification.
