Feedback on Mentor Evaluation Process
Hi Antonia,
I recently completed the mentor evaluation process and wanted to share my feedback. The questions were clear, but I felt that there could be more emphasis on the mentor's ability to provide constructive feedback. Additionally, it would be helpful to have a section where we can suggest improvements for the mentorship program.
Looking forward to seeing how this feedback might be incorporated into future evaluations.
