Feedback on Job Satisfaction Survey

I recently completed the job satisfaction survey and wanted to provide some feedback. I found the questions to be quite comprehensive, but I think adding a section about work-life balance would be beneficial. It’s a crucial aspect of job satisfaction that wasn't fully addressed.
