I recently participated in the user survey and wanted to share some additional thoughts. While the survey was comprehensive, I believe there could be more focus on the user interface and how it impacts the overall experience. Many users might find certain aspects of the navigation a bit confusing, and addressing this could greatly enhance satisfaction.
