By signing below, I (Client) am agreeing to allow Angie Knutson to share images from my session on social media and for marketing purposes without compensation.
P R I N T R E L E A S E
Upon gallery completion, Client has purchased high-resolution digital photographs from a photography session with Angie Knutson Photography. Client is hereby granted a license by Angie Knutson to reproduce and display images in digital or print form, for personal use only.
Angie Knutson retains the copyright to all images and derivative works thereof. License does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limted to:advertising, print sale profits, stock photography, or resale of any nature The client agrees that he/she may not use any of these images for commercial or editorial purposes, or enter any of these images to competition without the express written permission of Angie Knutson.
The purchase of original files releases Angie Knutson from any liability due to loss or damage of the images and also releases Angie Knutson from any obligationto maintain copies of any digital file, images or photograph. The client is responsible for creating back-ups of the digital content. The client hereby grants to Angie Knutson the right to use and publich images taken to further promote service, including portfolio, website, display, advertisement and editorial use.

C O N T R A C T
Retainer fees are non-refundable and are due at booking. If the retainer is not submitted within 48 hours, this contract will be null/void and the session will be cancelled. The remaining portion of the session fee is due at the session. If the session fee is not submitted at the time of the session, a 48 hour window will be granted for Client to submit the session fee. Sessions that remain unpaid after this period will be subject to a $15/day late fee. If that window passes, the images from the session will be permenantly deleted after 6 weeks. All sessions outside of a 35 mile radius of 55021 (excluding out of state sessions) will incur a $50 travel fee.
Images will be delivered within 3 weeks after the date of the session. Images are delivered via instant digital download. A disc or USB are not included.
The content of the gallery is in discretion of Angie Knutson. Angie Knutson will select the best images and edit them to her discretion. Any further editing or culling will be subjected to a $150/hour fee. No refunds will be given under any circumstance if Client dislikes Angie Knutson's editing style. Please be aware of your artist's style and aesthetic before booking.
Should anyone within your family/party become ill before your session, please Angie Knutson know. Due to the nature of birth sessions Angie Knutson will not attend a birth session for the safety of the newborn and your family as well as the other patrons of the hospital.
If for any reason Angie Knutson is unable to attend your birth session, Angie Knutson will attempt to locate a back-up photographer. If that option is not available, the retainer fee will be transfered to a freshbaby or newborn session.
Angie Knutson Photography will retain the full copyright on all images (including digital files) and reserves the right to display, publish/etc. for any reason. Client is prohibited from further editing of images. Client is also prohibited from using photos in contests without written consent from Angie Knutson. Client may not, for any reason sell their images to any third party.
