    Hello,

I'm looking to create a form for a church that allows one time or recurring donations. I think I see how I can create recurring donations with the subscriptions (I would like the user to be able to select their gift frequency though) and also single one time gifts, but I don't see how they can both be added to a single form. Is this possible and if so, can you help direct me in how to use it? Thanks.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, Dwolla is discontinuing its product as of October 2018. But if you’re looking for an alternative to collect ACH payments through your forms, you can check out other great alternatives here.

You could create multiple payment form, but you can not set a way for your users to set a frequency of subscription, that will be predefined by you.

Here is the guide how to create multiple payment form: https://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form

And you can set the frequency of subscription in Dwolla integration directly.

If you want to create a form with fixed prices for gifts that will have an additional custom field we can assist you with that , just let us know.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

Thanks, this tutorial has helped me create a master form with two payment types: one time and recurring. Thanks for your help.
