Noticed i wasnt getting submissions notifications into my e-mail. When I tried a test, it stated that JotForm had blocked the e-mail and to contact you. please fix asap.

We apologize for the inconveniences caused by this issue to you. I checked this email account and found out that it was in our blocked list. Your mail server rejected our mails and we added your email to blocked list. I have since removed it and it should be fine.
To ensure this doesn't happen again, Please try to set the sender e-mail to noreply@jotform as advised above. You can also contact your email provider and tell them to whitelist Jotform's IPs.
