submission date on this form

Hi,

I'm not sure if the submission date was never on this particular form or if I eliminated the field by mistake.

I looked at other forms in my account and can't find the field to figure out how to add it back.

Hi Jim,

I checked your submissions page. You disabled submission date option. Kindly follow the steps below.

1. Select your form and click on Submissions.

2. Click on Settings button and enable Submission Date as shown in the screenshot. 

The submission dates will be shown after following these steps.
