    Total price is seen higher than calculated value on Paypal - RESOLVED

    HI JF,

    On my French form 53464905175965, I have options for non-members, Replacement card, $7.50, New card $15.00

    For some reason ,I can't find, it is charging $750 not $7.50. It works OK for the other charges.

    My English form, 61013950784960, It works as it should charging $7.50.

    Can you please have a look and find my error. We have had to refund 2 people $750 so far... not good!

    Thank you again for your patience.

    I cloned your form to make some further inspections on my side. I was able to solve the issue after applying following steps. 

    1. This calculation field and related conditions are unnecessary. You both set a math equation and several conditions. I deleted it. When  you delete this field, the related conditions will be deleted automatically. 

     

    2. I set a mathematical equation to calculate your total price at below calculation widget on your form.

     

    Above equation is taking the value  from member or non-member fields based on user selection.

    3. I change payment details as following. Paypal is getting the value from the above calculation widget. 

    4. As a final step, I just change form preference setting as following. To do that, go to Preferences > Advanced > Show More  and change Clear Hidden Field Values from 'Clear on submit' to 'Clear on being hidden'

     

     

     After these changes,  here is the result.

    You should be aware that this form code is embedded at our site.

    We use our database to verify a members status. 

    I have made all the changes indicated.
