Conditoin set to show/hide a field base on a selection from another field is not working

I am trying to set conditional formatting so that if one ticks that they want a full page ad that the full page ad quantity box appears. The conditions seem right if is equal to and show but it still shows both the full page and half page

Am i doing something wrong?

I suggest you delete the condition shown below in your form.

Then, update the following condition.

and delete the following "actions" in that condition.

Save the condition and don't forget to save your form also.
