Sometimes this clearing the bounce listsworks, but I've submitted claims before, after a few days, I do not receive the forms from clients.  Is there a default that I am not seeing?  Please forward form submissions to topdog@dbardogs.com.  Help help.

Thank you Jotfrom. Your product worked well before but in the last 5 months it keeps reverting to not sending me submissions.

I have checked and email address of your account which is also set as recipient email address of your email Notification is in the bounce list. Because of that email Notifications failed to be sent to your email address. Our system gave following result:

topdog@dbardogs.com is IN the bounce list

Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from yahoo.com is NOT

I have now removed it from the bounce list and it should be working fine now.

You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.

Why I am not Receiving Email Notifications?

When I inspected email Notification setting of your form I noticed that Sender Name is not selected. I would suggest you to select on of the options from

    Hello,

We are sorry for the inconvenience you have.

I have checked your account history and I have seen that some emails are failed to send because your recipient email address topdog@dbardogs.com was in our bounce list as the following screenshot:

In order to prevent bounce list issues, the best solution is setting your own SMTP senders (if your email supports) instead of noreply@jotform.com as the following screenshot:

Please check the following guide related this issue: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

If you do not have an SMTP account for your domain name, you can use Mandrill to send emails from your email address. Please check the following document: https://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address

Please try these solutions and if you need further assistance, let us know.

    Thank you.
