Hide text from form fields

Hi there I would like to hide some text from the field {pleaseSelect} how do I do this. I can hide the fields on the form using CSS but they then appear on the email response.

You can simply remove that row from table of your email if you do not want to show that question and value from that question in Email Notification or Autoresponder email. 

I have inspected Autoresponder of the form you provided and I saw that you have modified value of your payment field to shown only total value. It seems that you were able to resolve your issue.

Yes I had a work around. I wanted to show the product information but not the individual price of each product. Is that possible.

Hi Damien,

If the payment field itself is displayed with its unique field name. It automatically fetches all the information in the payment field including the product names and prices. This is, unfortunately, not customizable as you have experienced it yourself.

I can suggest a work around tough, by using our conditions. Please see the exemplary condition I created on the cloned version of your form:

As you can see I have created a new Autoresponder configuration and attached it in to the condition. Please see the details of the Autoresponder:

As you can see I have entered a custom text depending on the condition that I created. You can create 6 different Autoresponder notifications like this as there 6 different possible choices for the 3 products you use on the payment field.
