Download PDF: Missing placeholder

    Hi there,

    The pdf form i downloaded doesn't look similar to what I've created. The hint example in placeholder is not showing up when i download the pdf form.

    Hi Gabby,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Unfortunately, JotForm does not have such feature available. 

    When you download your form in PDF format, you are not able to see the hint message. However, as a solution to your problem, you can provide the hint as a sub label to the text. It will be shown when you download the form as PDF.

    1. Click on Settings of your Text Area field and select Edit Properties.Download PDF: Missing placeholder Image 1 Screenshot 30

    2. Edit the Sub Label.
