PDF Form Submission

    In reply to a previous question i was recommended to use the form in pdf format, but when the form was tested and submitted it returned as blank.

    I emailed the form to a collegue who filled it out using his ipad then emailled it back to me, can you help at all?

    Hi,

    As far as I have understood you created the PDF version of your form on "My Forms" page:

    However, I looked up at your previous thread and found out that this was not my colleague Rose meant. She actually suggested you to enable the PDF submissions option in the email notifications. This way, you can receive a PDF attachment in your email notifications where the submission data is shown properly.
