How can I set a checkbox to have only one choice?

I have a form with 3 check boxes,  I want a rule in place that ONLY ONE of the boxes can be checked -  is this possible?

I have checked your form. Why don't you use RADIO BUTTON instead of a checkbox for that reason?

The main character of checkbox is to have multiple choice. However, the main character of the radio button is to have only one choice.

So that, please add radio button instead of a checkbox as the following screenshot below:
