Why can't i log in? It does nothing when i hit submit

I checked for an account associated with your email address and was unable to find any.  I also was unable to find any JotForm forms on your website.  If you wouldn't mind letting us know the URL of one of your forms or a page where the form is added, we can let you know the account associated with that form.
