Distance calculator is not operating properly

If you look at my form VCA Order form, twords the bottom is a milage calculation add on, and it is currently not working. please advise.

I checked the distance calculation widget in your form and it look to be working properly at this time:

The correct distance is being displayed.  If this is still not working on your end, let us know if there are any errors or what is being displayed instead and we will be happy to have another look.
