How to export full name field in Excel to separate columns?

Also, when I view the form submissions list, the first and last names have been joined into one single field, whereas I want to export them as separate, thus ending with an excel file which has three fields (first name, last name, email address) but to exclude those who ticked the 'anonanimity' tickbox.

    Hi,

I have tried to export form submissions with a full name form field and I didn't replicated your issue when I export to Excel.

In other words, even first name and last name are in a single column in Submissions page in JotForm, when you export these submissions to Excel, first name and last name come in separate columns.

Please have a look at the following video:

As you can see in above video, full name form field is exported to Excel in separate columns by default. You can edit these exported data in Excel and remove unwanted fields in the Excel easily.

Please have a look at the following guide, too: How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel

    Thank you.
