Hi,
As of checking, you have exceeded the SSL submissions limit allocated for the month.
We know that you are currently on the storage plan, but this plan has the same monthly submissions limit as the free plan. The only thing that differs is the submissions storage. With storage plan, you can store unlimited submissions in your account but the same monthly submissions limit applies as the free plan.
The following are the storage plan limits:
Submissions: 100 submissions per month
SSL Submissions: 100 submissions per month
Payment Submissions: 10 (ten) submissions per month
Submissions Storage: Unlimited
To reinstate your account, please upgrade to a higher plan for a higher submissions limit. https://www.jotform.com/pricing
However, if you don't wish to upgrade, you will have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero. For all users, the submissions counter resets every first day of the following month. E.g. December 01, 2016.
