How can I transfer ownership of a form I created to my client's account so that she can manage all future edits?

I need to transfer ownership of these two forms to jsinclair@bcbe.org or acooke@bcbe.org.  You have already helped me successfully transfer all the other forms I have created for their organization.  

These two are

I have moved the forms to the account under the email address "jsinclair@bcbe.org" which username is "JenniferSinclair", please check and confirm us that the username has access to the forms now.
