Why have I lost the changes made to my form?

Guys I just clicked a button to see publish, the page reloaded, and now the past 4 hours of work is gone.  Revision history only has 4 hours ago as the most recent edit.  I have been online and connected browsing and sending emails the entire time.  Now what!  Is there anything that can be done! This is horrible!

I have checked on the revision history and seems like the last change that was made to the form was 3 hours ago.

Upon checking on our records I cannot find either that there were errors when editing the form and the changes seem to be the same than the current version that you have of your form. 

I have also tested the save functionality on my end and it seems to be working fine.

Since you opened the publish wizard the changes seem to be saved properly; however, if there are errors again I would suggest you to share us a screenshot of the web console so we can see if there is something that does not allow the form to save properly. 

These keyboard shortcuts will help you to get the console: 

Google Chrome:

Mac: Command + Option + J

Windows: Control + Shift + J

Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K

Mac: Command+Option+K
