    Hi,

I want to send people a link to their data, using the google sheets integration.

On my laptop it works, and i can change data in either jotform or google sheets, but on my phone it doesnt work.

Is it IP address related? Is there another way to do this?

Hello, I just wanted to point out a few things about your question so you have a better and clearer idea on how to use the Google Sheet Integration:

    1. I want to send people a link to their data, using the google sheets integration.

On a normal use case, form owners wouldn't want to do (or shouldn't do) this. Why? Because everyone's data is on the sheet. If 100 unique people submitted the form, then ALL their data will be shared to anyone whom you shared the link to.

If the Submission Data is safe to be shared (meaning no sensitive and Personally identifiable information were shared), I still wouldn't recommend you share the sheet with them with the pretense that some random user might accidentally edit/delete it entirely.

This integration was created for the sole purpose of letting the owner (you) have the submission data exported elsewhere. Nonetheless, if you really aim to share the data to everyone, as an alternative, why not try:

    HTML Table Listing: How-to-Create-an-HTML-Table-Listing-Report

    Grid Listing: How-to-Create-a-Grid-Listing-Report

    2. On my laptop it works, and i can change data in either jotform or google sheets, but on my phone it doesnt work.

The sheet itself, once integrated, should never be modified, especially the content of the rows along with the table/column headers as there's a chance that it will break the integration.

    3. Is it IP address related? Is there another way to do this?

No it's not IP address related. The browser you used on your phone probably can't render Google Sheets as opposed to how it normally works on desktop/laptop browsers.
