Question about my account submissions.

    Hello - I have a free profile with you guys. I received only 5 submissions for the month of November and i received an email today stating i need to upgrade and my form has been disabled. From your free profile it states i get 10 free submission a month. Can you please look into this for me.

    I checked your account and your form doesn't seem to be disabled as of this time. The email you received might have simply been a glitch. Please allow me to inform you that free accounts can receive 100 submissions per month or receive 10 payments/month if they have a payment integration in their form.

    Your account submissions count is currently at 5, so you should be able to receive more submissions. The submission counter resets every first day of the next month, so on December 1st, your submission count will reset to 0.
