Use Product Widget without Payment Option

I'm new to JotForm and looking to create an order form for scouts in our Boy Scout Troop to order Troop branded apparel (shirts, jackets, etc.).  I found the "product" widget as part of the PayPal payment feature, but really don't need to use PayPal - we'll collect payments the old fashioned way - using cash and checks.  So, I don't want to enable PayPal - just use the products as a stand-alone item.

Can this be done?  I've tried to find a widget that does what the "product" widget inside PayPal does, but haven't been able to identify anything that appears comparable.

You can use Purchase Order Tool. This is not integrated with any payment gateways. 

It is also found under Payment Fields. This has almost the same functionality with the other payment tools but this does not require online payments.
