    Hello,

On our forms I have inserted certain HTML formatting, to put line breaks, make words bold or italic, etc. This looks fine on the Jotform editor page but not on the actual registration page viewable to participants. Can you please help to make the HTML formatting permanent?

*This is for ALL of our registration pages but I just put one link in below

    Thank you,

    Shelley

    Hi Shelley,

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. I was able to see the issue as well on the form https://www.jotform.us/form/60747881027158 itself.

Unfortunately this is happening because you have used or injected html codes into the texts of the HEADER fields. It will actually not work.

An alternative you may do for it to work, is to use instead the TEXT field in place of the Header field. The TEXT field will allow formatting since it has its own editor.
