Preview issues

    When I do a preview, I am getting an error message that the form does not match but the form no are exactly the same. I have a an authorize net cc on the form that is in test mode. Your app says everything is fine. Any help on this would be terric.

    What does the error state exactly and when you say "When I do a preview..." by "preview", do you mean via the form builder's Preview button?

    Yes. It seemed to go away. I did tests using Authorizenet in test mode and it appears to be working. Question, how do I get the email response to work with a cc enabled form. With a regular submission, no problem but with cc, it doesn't see to work. Thanks for getting back to me so soon. :)

    It's a bit of a longshot but part of the problem might be that certain elements of the form are not secure. At least, that's what Internet Explorer is reporting when I visit the URL you provided above. Did you check Secure form before grabbing the code from the Embed Form Wizard?

    I now have the jotform secure forms up. https://www.scalive.org/dev_corp_jot.cfm and 

    https://www.scalive.org/dev_indiv_jot.cfm but still have issues with email. Can you look at the forms to see if I am missing anything.

    Hi Bob,

    Can you give us more details on what you mean "issues with email?" Do you mean, you didn't received any notification messages when you submit the form?

    Please be reminded that you will only get notification messages when you complete the payment process after being redirected to the payment page.

    I can't help you testing your form for now as I do not have any valid CC. I'm sorry about this. Can you try at least complete the process and check if you were able to receive notification? Thanks.
