Account payment charged twice.

    please tell me why you are charging so much!?!

    Hi again,

    As per checking your previous thread last October, it seems that my colleague already sent a request on our billing team for the refund as per request. The refund request is still on process. 

    Please note that to avoid duplicate charges on your account, please follow the instructions in this guide on how to cancel it your PayPal Subscription :How Can I Cancel My PayPal Subscription.

    You previously had 2 subscriptions, as seen on your other thread. When you cancelled one of the subscriptions (October 25th), the system scheduled the account for a downgrade. This is why you were downgraded to a free plan.

    To prevent this from happening again, when upgrading the account via Paypal, please make sure that the previous subscription has already been cancelled from Paypal. Otherwise, this would lead to having duplicate subscriptions on a single account.
