Email showing up weird

    Hello,

     

    I'm receiving emails but they are really weird looking from the customer feedback forms I have set up with customers.  Please see below for the way the email is coming in.  How can I fix this please?

    It seems that HTML elements are shown inside of your email Notification. Please try to create new email Notification to see if that will resolve your issue. If new email Notification is formatted correctly, you can delete old email Notification. However if the issue still persists, please provide us ID of the form you are having issues with.
