How to import PDF form to JotForm?

    Hi I have a contract. It's a pdf document is there a way I can upload it so that people can electronically sign it?

    If I understood you correctly you want to import Fillable PDF form to JotForm. Yes this is possible. Please use this link and click on Create a Fillable PDF button and then select Convert PDF Form.

    However please note that it is not possible to edit imported PDF Forms, like it is possible to edit JotForm forms.

    You can also create the form from scratch using the Form Builder. Then you can convert your online JotForm form to Fillable PDF form.
