    My account hasn't been upgraded yet even if I've already paid

    Yesterday I made the upgrade to the "Bronze"-package. I got the bill. But till now my account is not upgraded (it still show as the "Starter"-package.

    Please can you fix this in a short time.

    Hello Rene,

    Sorry for inconvenience. I think because your account and billing e-mail addresses are different from each other, you've met this issue.

    I inspected the invoices which are belong to you and confirmed your payment. I upgraded manually your account. Please login and check your account again.
