My account has been suspended.

    PLEASE HELP! I have tried to contact support regarding my account ALL DAY yesterday and rather than getting a response I've now been locked out of my account.  It would be amazing if I could actually discuss my issue with someone.  PLEASE ADVISE!

    Hello,

    I have checked your account and I have seen that your account has been suspended due to phishing.

    You are not allowed to receive credit card information from the users as you did in your form named "My Aloette' Preferred Customer/ Consultant Program" as you can see the following screenshot:

    I have deleted forbidden fields from you form according to our terms of use.

    After seeing that you have proceeded phishing activities in your account, we can not reactivate your account again.
